Influencing Change for Home’s Future As the Senior Manager, Dealer Engagement and Deployment, you will establish a strategic direction for the team, while ensuring a comprehensive project plan is designed and executed to meet our key objectives for ISS deployment.

You will provide store system requirements to drive continuous improvement in sales, retail and customer experience, and operational excellence.

Led by the Senior Director, In-Store Systems Solutions, this opportunity will suit an influential and strategic leader, with strong interpersonal and coaching skills, and experience within the Retail industry.

  • Create a high performing environment by leveraging leadership, coaching and communication skills, to the ISS Dealer Engagement & Deployment team, ensuring the ISS Dealer Engagement & Deployment team understands the goals and objectives and determine the resources and support models required to be successful.
  • Establish goals and key performance indicators for the ISS Engagement & Deployment team and monitor progress and effectiveness while providing support and guidance to ensure the team is achieving and delivering on those goals.
  • Engage with Dealers and store staff to provide education on system capabilities, evaluate system fit, build trust and buy-in, influence and excite them to move to a new in-store system.
  • Accountable for in-store systems adoption across a broad and varied Dealer community.
  • Develop plan for the ISS Dealer Engagement & Deployment team in alignment with the enterprise planning process strategy.

Identify key opportunities for business improvements defining scope, resources and time required to complete initiatives, accountable for results.

  • Prepare annual budgets for the ISS Dealer Engagement & Deployment team, working with Finance to identify and capitalize on cost savings opportunities, revenue growth possibilities, and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally both within the ISS team and across the enterprise to ensure full project alignment on priorities, deliverables and strategy and create a plan that aligns to and supports the overall program.

We’re looking for :

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business or Project Management. PMP certification is preferred.
  • Five to ten years’ experience in a retail management capacity, along with a successful track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver results.
  • Expertise with technology system functionality required by hardware and building material retailers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop a project plan as well as deliver on a predetermined plan.
  • Expertise in standard retail operating procedures, training, and change management.
  • Excellent communicator with demonstrated competency in both oral and written communications at all levels, especially in retail activation and retail operations.
  • Ability to create a strategic direction for the team and take accountability to ensure key deliverables are met.
  • Ability to learn new skills and apply them quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to lead conversations and discussions to drive outcomes and impacts.
  • Key strengths in relationship building and collaboration. Ability to quickly establish rapport and make authentic connections, while leading from a place of empathy.
  • The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
