Our Scarborough office is currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager. Please note this is a full-time in office role.
The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Marketing and will :
Plan, communicate and execute marketing plans with an integrated content calendar to grow our user base across our three core market segments using 3 key strategies :
- Attract new opt-in users using social and live events, webinars, CEU's, Lunch-n-Learns, trade shows, Product demos and social media.
- Create content that ignites interest & engagement from our account holders using webinars, how-to videos, industry templates, GPT powered chat bots & gamification to drive user login and project creation.
- Leverage deep industry expertise and constant customer interaction to create valuable insights and project templates that encourage occasional users to become frequent users.
Additional marketing responsibilities include :
- Drive the development of cost-effective acquisition strategies and tactics to increase leads and our sales pipeline;
- Work with internal contacts to collect content, design, develop and execute go-to-market programs to drive revenue
- Deliver and monitor results, monthly and ad-hoc ensuring stated objectives are delivered on plan (monitor / early indicators) and where required, take corrective actions to achieve and exceed targets
- Secure ongoing trend and competition analysis;
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies that translate into actionable campaigns
- Tell our story effectively and sell the value of marketing & ATS products and services
- Manage all tactical execution of the companies large trade show events
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you should have :
- A Bachelor Degree (marketing or communication-related fields);
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing related position with a track record of delivering results through email marketing, event management, and online advertising ideally for a software company;
- Construction, engineering, architects or construction product manufacturer marketing or similar industry experience;
- The skill set to effectively lead, coach and mentor others;
- Experience with Inbound Marketing tools such as Hubspot is a must;
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills-be able to track and evaluate results
- Data-driven decision making and a desire for continuous improvement
- Strong project management, organizational and execution skills
- The ability to be a team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment and is motivated by team success;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and with the ability to manage and influence across all levels of the organization;
