Description :

• Experience conducting change impact analysis.
• Experience in a change management role - applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing change programs
• Duration - Experience in preparing and delivering training to support organizational change and the introduction of new non IT technologies.
• Change Management Professional TM (CCMPTM) certification
• PROSCI or CCMP certification
• Direct experience in change facilitation
• Experience defining and measuring success metrics and change progress.
• Experience developing and implementing effective change plans.
• Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans.
• Experience leading change management and communication planning.
• Experience with communications management, reporting, and change management.
