CAD on Incorporated basis Shift : M-F 40 hours per week Job Description : AUDIO & LOCALIZATION PRODUCERWe are seeking an Audio and Localization Producer to collaborate with the project team to deliver best in class gaming experiences for our players while hitting quality, schedule, and business targets.The Producer is responsible for managing the Audio team as well as our localization working directly with the Senior Story Producer to drive features to completion. A key component of this role is to manage the critical dependencies between the groups and solve issues. As part of the Production team, you will be expected to help create and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high performing work environment. As a Producer, you will create production roadmaps based on backlogs and partner with product owners to establish sprint and milestone goals. You will execute this plan by working with the leadership team to prioritize deliverables, manage risks, react quickly to challenges, report weekly status, and evaluate their group against deliverable completion and quality success criteria.Responsibilities : Milestone planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of prioritiesCommunicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality levelCreating, updating, and presenting status and information to the project leadership teamIdentifying task-related processes to improve efficiencyManaging inter-team dependenciesProviding regular capacity plan updatesFocusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowermentAbout You : You are player obsessed and have a desire to provide the best experience to our content creators and our playersYou are comfortable working in modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.)You are excited to work closely with designers, engineers, and content creators and external partners with a focus on empowering the team to problem-solveYou have managed Audio through two or more game phases (Pre-Production, Production, Finaling). Localization experience is a bonus.Strong Communication and presentation skills.You have a minimum of 3 years production experience on console products.You have extensive knowledge of production tools (JIRA, Confluence)Must-Haves : 5+ years Project Management or Production experience on console productsHas shipped a minimum of 1 games products (minimum 1 console)Production experience with a variety of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.)Requirements : Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skillsExperience managing cross functional teams.A good understanding of the game development cycle with an understanding of the creative process and its impact on business needsExperience shipping AAA quality gamesHas experience managing development projects from concept all the way through to ship.Has experience managing multiple cross functional teams.
