What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help us find and scale profitable acquisition channels. This role is for a data-driven, experimental marketer who thrives on testing, iterating, and optimizing to drive down CAC while increasing LTV.
You’ll own user acquisition, paid media, and growth experiments , working closely with our Growth Product Manager to turn insights into high-performing campaigns.
Find & validate scalable acquisition channels (paid ads, SEO, influencers, referrals, etc.)
Optimize CAC & LTV through A / B testing, creative iteration, and audience segmentation
Run paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google & more —testing & optimizing ads for efficiency
Develop non-paid growth strategies (UGC, content, partnerships, viral loops, etc.)
Leverage AI automation & analytics tools
Experiment with influencer UGC & creative-driven marketing to drive user growth
Collaborate with Growth PM to optimize the full funnel—from acquisition to retention

Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Proven ability to scale acquisition channels while lowering costs
Hands-on experience with A / B testing, landing page optimization, and analytics tools
Bonus : Experience with influencer marketing & UGC for ad creatives
