Our client within furniture manufacturing requires a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and & Analysis to join their team.
This role reports into the Controller, Financial Reporting and is in-office Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the company’s financial reporting and analysis functions.
- Ensure timely delivery of all financial reporting deliverables, including month-end reports, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Administer the sales team compensation program, including periodic bonus calculations.
- Manage customer (or vendor) subsidies, such as rebates and co-op programs, and their associated accounting.
- Provide financial and operational reporting to the corporate team.
- Offer ad-hoc financial analysis for business cases and proposals to support management decision-making.
- Supervise a junior FP&A analyst.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (PivotTables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in French is a plus, but not required.
