Senior Dental Technician – Removables

Full-Time Position

We are looking for a Senior Dental Technician – Removables to play a key role in crafting high-quality dental prosthetics, including dentures, bridges, and crowns. This role involves enhancing patients' dental aesthetics and function by working closely with dentists to create custom restorations tailored to their prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and fabricate partial and full dentures (both metal and non-metal) to restore missing teeth.
  • Construct prostheses for implant cases , ensuring a precise fit for implants placed by dentists.
  • Perform all aspects of denture fabrication , including setting teeth, waxing, wire bending, finishing, and processing.
  • Conduct relines, repairs, and adjustments such as occlusal rims and custom trays.
  • Accurately document work completed through reports, logs, and case records.
  • Collaborate with dentists to provide case consultations and recommendations.
  • Assist team members by sharing techniques, training, and skill development .
  • Support the organization and management of the removables department.
  • Assist in the fabrication of complex cases and ensure high standards of quality.
  • Verify accuracy and compliance with laboratory standards through thorough quality control checks.
  • Be open to cross-training in various areas of the laboratory to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in dental technology with a focus on removable prosthetics.
  • Experience with CAD design is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to collaborate professionally across different levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of crown morphology, case design, and pressing technology for dental restorations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment to ensure timely case completion.
  • Experience with same-day dentures is a bonus but not required.
