The Senior National Accounts Manager, Strategic Partnerships will lead the most important business segment of Belron Canada.
In this critical leadership role, the incumbent who possesses a proven track record will collaborate with the largest insurance companies in the country and play a pivotal role in developing strategic business relationships.
This individual will directly contribute to increasing sales and market performance for Belron Canada and work on innovative digital strategy projects that will shape the industry transformation.

Role & Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain productive relationships and partnerships with Vice-presidents and Directors of our Regional Insurers.
Personally manage a portfolio of key client accounts and establish strong networks between the client organization and stakeholders to ensure a solid customer relationship loyal to Belron Canada.
Responsible for the on-going sales support of the Regional Sales Team spread-out throughout the country.
Lead solution design efforts and collaborate with key internal partners to leverage data-driven analyses to improve performance and to differentiate and improve products and user experiences, ensuring consistency across digital products, services, and channels and create loyalty.
Utilize a deep understanding of Belron Canada operations and the client's industry to propose strategic solutions that add value to their business.
Manage business results of several large and complex insurance partners by analyzing market trends, monitoring financial results, adjusting plan as necessary, and optimizing resource utilization.
Work with the digital experience team, the technical account management team and the client to conceptualize elements of digital strategy / digital-enabled business change projects, with the end-user / policy holder in mind.
Develop approaches to accurately present and programmatically deliver successful digital innovation projects.
Negotiate contractual agreements with each client account.
Achieve annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans for the insurance segment with the objective to increase sales and market share.
Mentor a team of 5 regional sales managers to achieve their goals.
Qualifications :
University Degree- Undergraduate in Business Administration or related field; MBA is an asset.
10 to 15 years of professional experience in a similar role at a national level.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
Results-oriented with a structured approach.
Possess a strategic mindset.
Ability to rally and influence others, along with strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in both French and English.
Available to travel within Canada up to 20% of the time.
