Data Engineer

Role : Azure Data Engineer

Location : Toronto, ON(Hybrid 3 days)

Responsibilities :

• Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data to support business objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of data models using Azure Databricks.
• Provide expertise in Databricks SQL to optimize data queries and enhance data processing efficiency.
• Develop and manage Databricks Workflows to automate data pipelines and ensure seamless data integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes.
• Design and implement data visualization tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of data systems and recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in technologies and integrate them into existing workflows.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support the development of data strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies and best practices.
