Business System Analyst

We are looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to drive technical change, enhance operational efficiency, and bridge the gap between technology, supply chain, and retail operations. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to develop, integrate, and support enterprise-wide applications, ensuring seamless functionality for both customers and internal teams.Key Responsibilities : Lead the identification, planning, development, and implementation of technical solutions.Act as a liaison between retail operations, supply chain, and IT teams, ensuring technology aligns with business needs.Improve operational efficiency by implementing and integrating enterprise-wide applications.Analyze data, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance retail operations.Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend technological investments.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.Perform systems analysis and design, delivering technical solutions that drive business success.Evaluate and recommend IT systems, tools, and software aligned with company goals.Plan and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Background in both computer science and business studies is preferred.5+ years of professional development experience in an enterprise environment.Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between IT and business teams.Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel) and visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).Experience with application development in languages like C# and Java is a plus.Prior experience in large-scale retail IT environments.
