Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking anWelder-Assemblerto bring their expertise to our team, embodying our core values :  Your role will be pivotal in a team where every member's contribution drives us forward and leads to our collective success.

Responsibilities

  • Weld the various steel parts according to the required welding processes, mainly (GWAW) and (FCAW) for buses.
  • Inspect produced parts, visually and using measuring instruments, to validate quality and conformity.
  • Master welding techniques on steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
  • Classify the parts required for the job.
  • Able to interpret and execute welds in accordance with drawings.
  • Very good understanding of welding parameters and their effect.

Skills and qualifications

  • DEP in welding or welding-fitting,
  • Experience in training and integrating new employees,
  • Experience in assembly (an asset),
  • Valid forklift operator's card (an asset),
  • Oral and written bilingualism (French - English) is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the customer site and for technical documentation,

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
