Project Manager, Product Delivery

XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems focused on research and energy development contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint.

We are looking for a Project Manager, Product Delivery , who will report to the Director of Project Management , and who’ll be tasked to manage the project delivery for Product in development and / or for awarded Project in production for XNRGY group. The position will be critical to guarantee that all Product projects will be done according XNRGY standards and deliver on quality, time and cost. As part of your role, you’ll be supporting the design of new innovative Product as well ensuring the readiness in the delivery of awarded project to the production site.

An overview of your responsibilities :

• Responsible of the delivery of the overall activities for the product development which include Product performance, design, timing, cost as well as operational budget, capex and management presentation
• Responsible of the delivery of the overall activities for awarded project to be produce which include delivery on time, on cost and performance as well as reporting and presentation
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers, conceptors, buyers in the development activities
• Assess risks with the team and come-up with action plan to mitigate those risks
• Work in close relationship with all functions of the company to ensure tight coordination and fluid communication
• Develop and implement new project management processes and tools to improve of project management efficiency
