Job description

Position : Window Cleaner & Window Caulker

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Cleaner who can also do Window Caulking to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Cleaning windows and ensuring the proper sealing and insulation of windows in residential and commercial buildings. Hourly Rate : $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule : 8-hour shift Day shift, Full-Time

Responsibilities :

  • Operating at a high angle via approved safe methods to clean windows.
  • Conducting structural inspections, removing and / or replacing windows, and other glazing functions.
  • Apply caulking materials to windows to ensure proper sealing and insulation.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing old caulking or debris before applying new sealant.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas that require caulking or re-caulking and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Select and use appropriate caulking materials based on the type of window, weather conditions, and building specifications.
  • Operate and maintain caulking tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.

Qualifications :

  • Proven 3-4 years experience in a Window cleaning and window Caulking or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and proficiency in using caulking tools.
  • Proficiency in the application of caulking and sealing techniques, surface preparation, and the use of related tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Effective communication skills (Written and Verbal) to coordinate with team members and provide status updates.
  • High-rise experience is a must
  • Prior experience working with Swing Stage and Bosun chair is an asset.

    • Desired Experience :

  • Experience in Poured and precast concrete sealant
  • Curtain Wall caulking
  • Masonry control joints
  • Exterior windows and doors
  • Expansion joints

    • Certificate : Working at Heights

    Bosun Chair and Swing Stage Experience

    Expected Start Date : March 2025
