Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Complaint Specialist for a temporary to possibly permanent role located in Burlington, ON. Document and manage complaints within the complaint management system.Communicate with clinicians, office staff, and device manufacturers to gather relevant information regarding complaints.Process incoming complaint product shipments, which may involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens.Determine if regulatory authority reporting or assessment by the Product Safety Officer is necessary.Assist with complaint shipments to the Designated Complaint Handling Unit (DCHU).Review complaint analysis reports and ensure customer complaints are closed per regulatory requirements and company policies.Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company's products.Write letters to clinicians and / or regulatory authorities regarding complaints.Respond to external and internal customers through the regulatory telephone queue and department email inbox.Other duties as assigned.Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.Must be fully bilingual in French and English - verbal and writtenAbility to sit for extended periods and perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and reaching.Physical dexterity to type, operate office equipment, file documents, and manage attention to detail.Ability to spend extended periods reading both on paper and on a computer screen.Travel required : less than 5%, both domestically and internationally.High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in dental, customer service, or complaint handling.Minimum of 1 year of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).Experience working in a regulated industry.Basic knowledge of SAP.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Proven reliability with a track record of follow-through.Strong written and oral communication skills.Leadership potential.Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills with sound judgement.Apply now to this Bilingual Complaint Specialist job in Burlington, ON for immediate employment consideration.
