Bluevale Capital is a boutique, real estate private equity firm that specializes in value-add, development and special situational multi-residential projects. Over the past two years, the firm has completed over $150M of transactions with the intention of creating a $1B+ real estate fund over the next 2-3 years. By working with government leaders, and by partnering with our sponsors and lenders, the company’s vision is to create 10,000+ residential units with a focus on tackling the affordable housing crisis in North America. We are currently putting together a stellar team that will help achieve this goal.
The Role | Summer Analyst (May-August 2025)
As a Summer Analyst , you will have hands-on opportunity to support all areas of the Bluevale Capital organization. You will have direct exposure to Asset Management, Deals & Investments, Finance & Accounting, and Operations. Given that this is a fast-paced environment, you must be adaptive in your approach and be able to work in agile and dynamic teams. A passion for real estate is a must!
What You'll Do
- Create real estate specific equity research papers for Bluevale Capital and Bluevale Capital clients
- Assist in the due diligence and financial analysis of real estate deals and transactions
- Help in the creation and updating of pitch decks and presentations to prospective clients and / or capital investors
- Perform financial analysis on various properties within the Bluevale Capital portfolio
- Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of Bluevale Capital clients
- Assist the property management arm by performing on-site duties and maintenance
- Help with business development by securing client meetings and by attending dinners and events
- Organize and implement technology, statistical models, and help automatic processes throughout the business
- Conduct industry research and analysis to assist in the identification of potential acquisitions or financing opportunities
- Perform financial and written analysis of properties, including the development of forecasting models
Requirements :
Must be currently attending University, majoring in Accounting, Finance, or any real estate or business-related fieldsMaintaining at least a 3.5 GPA averageA clearly defined interest in deal advisory servicesVery strong presentation and case writing skillsCan learn and apply material very quicklyCan clearly understand and use statistical modelsAn understanding of financial analytics and how to incorporate them into various modelsUnderstands intermediate level accountingStrong organization and writing skillsDemonstrates on and off-campus leadership and extra-curricular experienceHigh attention to detailThe ability to excel under pressure amid very demanding and tight deadlinesDemonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances and situationsIndependent thinker and proven ability to take initiative & creatively problem solveAll interested candidates can email : , with the email subject line : "2025 Summer Analyst Application".
