The Position The Marketing and Office Coordinator is a key role that blends marketing, social media, project coordination, and administrative support—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. They are looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy individual. Community Futures is growing, and this is an exciting time to be part of its evolution. Key Responsibilities Marketing and Content Creation - Manage their social media presence, including Facebook and Instagram, with the potential to expand onto other platforms. - Create engaging content, from eye-catching posts to short-form videos and promotional materials. - Support the design of marketing collateral using Canva or similar tools. - Ensure all marketing materials reflect their brand’s voice and aesthetic. - Bring fresh ideas to the table, whether it’s a new AI tool for content creation or a creative marketing tactic. Website Management - Keep their website content fresh and up to date. - Handle minor edits internally and coordinate with developers for larger updates. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement - Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns, collaborating with external partners, vendors, and consultants. - Contribute to community engagement initiatives, including local business features and promotional projects. Marketing Campaign Execution - Assist in executing advertising strategies across digital, print, and community-based channels. - Contribute to the full lifecycle of marketing collateral, from research and design to implementation. Front Desk and Administrative Support - Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing office communications. - Support building tenants and ensure smooth front-office operations. - Provide scheduling, data entry, and administrative support to keep operations running efficiently.
