We have a new and exciting position working for one of the top Global Leaders in the Apparel Industry! We are currently seeking an Customer Service Representative in Administration.

The pay rate for this position is $18.00 / hr. We pay weekly, every Friday by Cheque or Direct Deposit.

This is full time, Monday Friday position, working in office between the hours of 8 : 30 am 5 : 00 pm. Location is Bradford, ON.

Job Duties :

  • Answer and direct phone calls & emails and ensure proper notes are documented in the system.
  • Perform basic duties such as customer verifications, processing orders / returns and their various applications,

processes, forms and requests for information.

  • Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, within agreed SLA to ensure the customer is satisfied.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as invoicing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
  • Maintain and support internal business systems with accurate information (ERP & CRM) and manual filing systems.
  • Coordinate office procedures.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.

Must Haves :

  • Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various tasks and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Able to follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant Microsoft office software Excel, Word intermediate / advanced level.
  • Knowledge of proper customer service and follow through along with proper phone / email techniques.
