Rogers Creativeis seeking an experienced and passionate Full-time Graphic Designer with proven work in print and digital media to work on our sports and media properties.

Your thirst for quality work, current cultural trends, and all things creative is complemented with solid design skills and a passion for sports (NBA, NHL, MLB, UFC, etc.

and television. This is a fast-paced environment and requires someone with experience and excellence in production work - someone who understands deadlines and can pivot quickly.

This is a full-time position requiring you to work three times a week from our downtown Toronto location

What you will do :

  • Is super creative, insightful, lives and breathes great design, and loves sports.
  • Has solid graphic design and production experience with a print / digital / branding design background.
  • Possesses a strong portfolio with professional work examples that demonstrate concept development.
  • Has excellent knowledge of production; both print and digital.
  • Delivers compelling designs that are on brand.
  • Flourishes while working independently or with a team and always brings an eagerness to learn.
  • Understands brand, brand standards, and how to apply them across all mediums.
  • Is conceptual, strategic, collaborative, and embodies an all-around passion for creativity.
  • Is able to set and meet independent and group deadlines.
  • Is an effective communicator who can participate in design conversations with the team, partners, and clients.

What you will bring :

  • 5+ years of professional experience working in advertising or in-house environments.
  • Exceptional print production experience; can design for any environment, size, scale, etc., and prep flawless files.
  • Impeccable taste for great design, typography, color, and an amazing attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under the pressure of tight timelines and rise to creative challenges under tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively with creative direction.
  • Able to shift priorities, multitask, problem-solve, and complete projects as the work landscape shifts.
  • Super proficient in all Adobe design software.
