About the role : We have a new opportunity for a Manager, Electronics Engineering! In this role, you will lead a team of electrical engineers and designers developing D-Wave’s electronics capabilities to interface with quantum processing units and control high reliability cryogenic systems. This team supports existing products and contributes to next generation products design high speed digital and low noise analog quantum processor interface electronics, cryogenic filters and transmission lines, and high reliability cryogenic control systems.

137,500 - $206,000 a yearThe Canadian national average salary range for this role is $137,500 to $206,000. The disclosed range reflects the average base salary minimum and maximum target for new hires in the position in Canada. The respective salary range for the successful candidate will be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Actual compensation within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant education, skills, licenses, training and certification, experience, as well as business needs. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to participate in our Annual Incentive Plan (Bonus plan), equity grants and programs, PTO, and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, STD, LTD, and Travel Insurance.
