Company Overview :

We are a fast-growing DTC e-commerce company in the home improvement and interior design space, looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring our brand visuals to life. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented designer who can work across digital, print, and branding projects to create high-quality assets that drive engagement and sales.

The ideal candidate is not just skilled in design but understands branding, marketing, and user experience, ensuring all assets are on-brand, visually appealing, and conversion-focused. If you have experience designing for e-commerce, website visuals, digital ads, and print materials, and have a strong portfolio to back it up, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Working On :

  • Website redesigns & UI enhancements to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Organizing and light retouching of product photo images for e-commerce and marketing.
  • Website banners & landing page visuals that capture attention and drive conversions.
  • Ad creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Engaging social media posts designed to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Stickers, packaging, and print materials that align with our branding.
  • Install guides & spec sheets that are clear, professional, and easy to understand.
  • Maintain and develop brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look across all touchpoints.
  • Photo retouching and image editing to enhance product visuals.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with website design, UX / UI enhancements, and e-commerce visuals.
  • Ability to design high-converting ads & social media content for paid campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of branding and ability to create cohesive brand visuals.
  • Experience in print design (packaging, spec sheets, brochures, install guides).
  • Photo retouching & editing skills to enhance product images.
  • Detail-oriented, highly creative, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to Have (But Not Required) :

  • Experience with Figma or Webflow for web design.
  • Understanding of conversion-focused design principles for e-commerce and advertising.
  • Experience working with DTC (direct-to-consumer) or home improvement brands.
  • Ability to create simple animations or motion graphics for ads and website visuals.
