Job description

We are currently seeking experienced, detail-oriented Site Time Administrators to join our Field Services division. These important roles will provide timekeeping and administrative support for short-term / turnaround projects. We currently have openings at job sites located in the Fort McMurray and Edmonton area. The selected candidates will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of timekeeping tasks, vital for the project’s success.

Principal Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Tracking labour, equipment, and materials
  • Entering transactions into Edmonton Exchanger SAP system
  • Uploading data into various customer systems
  • Respond to worker inquiries
  • Assisting with new employee onboarding process
  • Processing and entering HR / payroll information
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Co-ordinate camp and security logistics
  • Customer reporting as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a timekeeper or project accountant on an industrial site
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must pass pre-access drug and alcohol test
  • Strong ability to prioritize
  • Experience with Building Trades Unions an asset
  • Work Schedule

  • Work hours vary depending on the phase of the project :
  • Pre- and post- shutdown hours are typically 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week
  • During shutdowns typical hours are 10 to 13 hour shifts, 6 days a week
  • Position(s) starting mid to late March 2025
