Job description

As a Security and Privacy Training & Awareness Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Trust posture, focusing on security and privacy awareness across Autodesk. You are a candidate that is a strong communicator, has knowledge of security and privacy best practices, and has experience developing training programs.

You will report to the Director Chief of Staff, Trust and this will be a fully remote role for candidates based in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to develop, implement and maintain security and privacy training programs.
  • Facilitate trainings and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the development of internal security and privacy awareness campaigns including trainings, videos, presentations and communications.
  • Conduct in-house phishing simulations strategically designed based on currently prevalent threats.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training and awareness programs.
  • Be responsible for the Learning Management System (LMS) administration including developing, managing and reporting on content.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience developing training programs, curriculum development, and role-mapping.
  • Knowledge of editing tools for curating and creating training content.
  • Familiarity in creating internal corporate wide phishing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and trends related to security, privacy, and data ethics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable engaging with a variety of internal stakeholders to promote Autodesk's approach to security / privacy and build trust in the organization.

    Salary Transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $68,300 and $100,100. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
