  • The Gig :

    We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to build our marketing function from the ground up . That’s right, you get to create the playbook, help define the brand, and drive growth. No legacy baggage. No rigid corporate hierarchy. Just a blank slate and the resources to make things happen.

    What You’ll Do :

  • Develop & execute a killer marketing strategy.
  • Define our brand voice and messaging—make us stand out.
  • Own digital marketing, content, social media, and campaigns.
  • Run paid ads, partnerships, and events (and make sure they actually work).
  • Track performance, optimize campaigns, and drive ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales & leadership team to attract more customers.
  • Stay ahead of trends, because marketing waits for no one!
  • What You Bring :

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing (ideally high-growth or service-based).
  • A track record of building & executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and lead gen .
  • Strong communication skills—because marketing is all about storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • A data-driven mindset (we love creativity, but results matter).
  • A get-it-done attitude—you don’t wait around for instructions and have a personal bias for action.
