Job Title : Security Branch Manager

Location : Montreal, QC

Salary : $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 / annually

Position : Full Time

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Branch Manager to oversee our operations in the Quebec region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring top-quality security services, maintaining client relationships, and driving the overall success of the branch. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent leadership, operational expertise, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Branch Leadership and Management :

Lead day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regional regulations.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of security professionals, including management team and administrative support professionals.
  • Manage branch budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
  • Client Relations :

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with services provided.

  • Address client concerns promptly and propose solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding services within the region.
  • Operational Oversight :

    • Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs.

  • Oversee scheduling, staff deployment, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with local security regulations and industry standards.
  • Business Development :

    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

  • Participate in proposals, bids, and contract negotiations for prospective clients.
  • Reporting and Analytics :

    • Prepare and present regular performance and financial reports to senior management.

  • Use data and analytics to drive operational improvements and enhance service delivery.

    • Travel :

  • Position will require 10% to 15% travel within the province.
  • The company provides either a company vehicle or a vehicle allowance, with a fuel program.

    • Qualifications :

  • Post secondary education in business management, security management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in security management or a related leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing operations, budgets, and teams.
  • Strong understanding of Quebec security regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other operational tools.
