We're seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our client in the Commercial and Institutional construction sector in Edmonton. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play an important role in the integration of the variables that make a project successful. You will work closely with the project team and stakeholders and maintain an excellent relationship with subcontractors and clients.

What You"ll Do :
Manage project activities throughout the life cycle of the project, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, and budgets;Working collaboratively with the project team to discuss progress, risks and solutions in order to meet scheduled dates.Achieve the project budget and complete accurate monthly forecasts;Providing strong leadership to team members to ensuring project targets are achieved.Act as primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades and other project stakeholdersOrganize project teams into suitable workgroups and guide the teams through their efforts to produce deliverables according to specificationManage internal and / or external contractors or trades.What We're Looking For :
A minimum of 10 years of institutional / commercial construction experience.A construction related degree / diploma is preferred.Experience with Procore and MS project is preferred.Knowledge of pull planning techniques is preferred.Must we willing to travel to sites and in some cases work from site office for the length of the project.Must have strong knowledge of scheduling, project management and cost controls.Must possess a valid and clean driver’s license.Must hold strong communication skills, both verbally and written.Must be highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities.Must have a proven ability to take initiative and be respectful of diversity.Our team is eager to connect with candidates who meet the job requirements.
