Senior Compensation Analyst / Manager Compensation - MDA Space

Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the (Senior) Compensation Analyst will play a key role in the review and analysis of activities related to MDA’s compensation programs. The Analyst will have the opportunity to be exposed to other elements of Total Rewards, such as benefits, retirement plans and other monetary and non-monetary rewards and recognition plans.

The successful candidate will excel in analyzing compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures, possesses deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, and demonstrates strong skills in stakeholder communication and strategic planning. They will bring substantial experience with compensation management systems, coupled with an ability to balance organizational goals with employee satisfaction and retention.

A University Degree in HR, Administration or Actuarial is preferred.
