Primary Focus : Work the wood, ruffle some feathers and build your own cluckin’ following
Responsibilities :
- Mix up some damn delicious cocktails
- Get to know your guests ..yes you have to actually talk with them
- Promote weekly features, because they are awesome
- Have a cluckin’ good time
- Demonstrate all aspects of our WIT service program
- Participate in all incentive promotions and programs ..and kick ass well doing so
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Assist fellow flock members when needed
- Follow all systems in place
- Complete regular opening and closing duties
Skills required :
- Smart Serve Certification
- Previous serving and / or bartending experience required
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Flexible availability to work days, nights and weekends
- Quick, efficient, hardworking
- Professional well-groomed appearance
