Job description

We are currently looking for a Warehouse clerk for our team located in the Ville Saint Laurent area

Are you ready for a new challenge?

You will be in charge of preparing orders responsible for performing shipping, receiving, and storage duties.

Position : Warehouse Worker

Location : Ville Saint Laurent

Monday to Thursday : 06.30am to 02.30pm

Salary $18.03

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks to meet business needs.

Receives all materials from manufacturing facilities and suppliers

Checks and places materials in the correct bin

Checks equipment against manifest and reports anomalies

Inform supervisor and photograph all defective materials

Cuts oversized laminate to fill backorders

Reads, interprets, processes and orders

Performs the total count for charges

Perform daily cleaning of the warehouse area

Qualifications

Ability to learn computers sufficient to check inventory

Ability to learn inventoried materials

Ability to learn packaging techniques

Ability to learn proper handling techniques

Ability to understand and follow instructions

Ability to work independently

Ability to drive a forklift

Ability to read and understand customer orders

Possibility of using a saw

Ability to enter data at an acceptable speed

Knowledge of mathematics sufficient to calculate the elements per case.

Opportunity to learn the use of computers sufficient to use the processors of text and spreadsheets.
