Life Insurance Sales Agent
AO serves as the most extensive distribution system of Globe Life Insurance Company, with agents currently assisting families across 19 U.
S. states and 7 Canadian provinces from over 40 offices across North America. We are seeking driven professionals to join our entirely virtual, work-from-home team.
We are looking for vibrant individuals passionate about assisting existing and potential clients within our esteemed organization.
As a valued team member, you will engage with multiple clients daily, delivering unparalleled service and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
Position Overview : Join us in this entry-level role no prior experience required ! As an Insurance Benefits Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that families receive the benefits they deserve.
We are seeking motivated and diligent individuals to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage our competitive products, and make a meaningful impact on families across North America.
Comprehensive training is provided to all new agents. Responsibilities : Distribute benefit enrollment materials and assess eligibility.
Engage in inbound and outbound client calls. Schedule appointments with clients seeking our benefits. Present and explain insurance products and benefit packages via Zoom.
Complete insurance product applications. Participate in optional ongoing training sessions to advance your career. Promote and upsell insurance to existing clients.
Fulfill tasks required by underwriters to secure client coverage approval. Qualifications : MUST HAVE HLLQP LICENCE or commit to obtaining it.
Willingness to learn and grow. Access to a functional computer. Own a cell phone with unlimited long-distance calling. Access to reliable Wi-Fi.
