Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The Bookkeeper will play a vital role in supporting the financial health of our organization by overseeing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping
- Manage and record all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Process payroll accurately and timely using accounting software.
- Perform account and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Monthly internal financial package
- Utilize accounting software Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate for bookkeeping tasks.
- Supporting our external accounting firm partner in their annual Financial Statements.
- Maintain organized financial records for easy retrieval and reference.
Requirements
CPA designation is requiredPrior A&A experience is a plusGood energy and sound judgement is requiredDemonstrated managerial skills are preferredProven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.Proficiency in Sage 300 Construction and Real estate accounting software is essential.Proficiency on Microsoft office.Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately.Knowledge of budgeting principles is a plus.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.Join us as we strive for excellence in our financial operations while providing a supportive work environment.
