What You’ll Be Doing :
Commercial Insurance Solutions : Advise clients on various commercial insurance products, including liability, property, and business interruption coverage.Sales & Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.Client Consultations : Conduct meetings (both in-person and virtual) to assess client needs and provide customized recommendations.Building Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.Policy Management : Assist with applications, underwriting coordination, and claims support.Who We’re Looking For :
Commercial Insurance Experience : Previous experience in commercial insurance sales or a strong understanding of commercial lines is preferred.Licensing : Property & Casualty (OTL) License requiredStrong Sales Skills : Proven track record in sales and business development, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly in both virtual and in-person settings.Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM systems & virtual meeting toolsCompensation & Benefits
Base Salary : Starting at $50,000 – $60,000 , depending on experience.Commission & Bonus : Unlimited earning potential with a competitive commission structure based on performance.Hybrid Work Flexibility – Combination of in-office collaboration and remote work.Employee Benefits : $150 / month after 6-month probation.Paid Training & Professional Development – Ongoing learning opportunities to enhance your career.Paid Time Off : 3 weeks vacation + 3 paid sick days (up to 10 total unpaid).Application & Hiring Process
