Job description

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Training and Program Coordinator for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.Work LocationRemoteKey Tasks Training and Program Coordination : Manage / track activities and their progress against the CMO and PMO project plans.Manage scheduling, logistics, and delivery of training sessions (people, location and systems). Interact with clients to action training registrations / cancellations, responding to written and verbal training enquiries in a professional and timely manner.Liaise with trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with project goals.Develop and manage a training calendar.Host / co-ordinate train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.Conduct post-training surveys and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.Change and Communications ManagementSupport the delivery of change communications, such as emails, newsletters.Monitor employee readiness and adoption rates post-training.Produce KPIs (training / comms / stakeholder engagement & enablement metrics) + RAP reporting (Readiness, Adoption, Proficiency) Change adoption measurement and dashboards Complete and update status reportsCommunication deployment activities : final formatting, validate distribution list, merge EN / FR content, and send to audiencesParticipant management : Registration and Communication : Manage participant registration, send pre-session reminders and provide access links or login information.Assist Participants : Help participants with joining the session, answer questions about using the platform, and provide support to those experiencing technical difficulties.Monitor Participation : Track attendance, manage participant lists, and monitor engagement metrics. Assist with collecting feedback post-session. Create a feedback report and send to SMEs and stakeholdersCreation of attendance and feedback reportArtefact and inventory maintenance : Ensure all employees affected by changes have access to relevant training resources. Coordinate preparation and distribution of training materials, including job aids, videos, user guides, and FAQs.Coordinate translation of change, communication and training materialMaintain CMO Tools, templates and systems Monitor and triage Common Inbox, respond to inquiries in-scope and flag inquiries to other workstreams as requiredKey QualificationsIT System Implementation project coordination or training experience.Managing scheduling, logistics, and delivery of training sessions (people, location and systems). Coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.Experience with various learning delivery models, including online, blended, and classroom; knowledge of the theories and practices of e-learning and the implementation of synchronous learning environments.QualificationsProven work experience as a Training / change coordinator, trainer, or similar role.Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.Some knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools, e-learning tools, and change management frameworks.Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniquesProject Management : Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of training and change initiatives.Ability to address change-related issues or concerns raised by participants or stakeholders.Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks impacting training or adoption efforts. Strong communication skillsFamiliarity with various learning delivery models, including online, blended, and classroom; knowledge of the theories and practices of e-learning and the implementation of synchronous learning environments.Skilled in coordinating and facilitating activities though online collaboration and training platformsProficient in using MS Office suite programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Explorer), Canva.AssetsProject coordination in Cyber Security About LeverageTek Staffing SolutionsThank you for taking the time to apply!
