Position : Business Development Manager TouchSuite Canada is looking for a Business Development Manager to be working out of our newly established branch in Montreal. We are looking for a strong “hunter” who preferably has experience in the payments industry and who has the skills and desire to succeed by developing new business. Responsibilities : Develop strategies to contribute to continuous quality improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations Prepare sales contracts and proposals as per set guidelines Monitor sales activities, maintain records and compile reports Continuously work with new customers to gain a thorough understanding of their business needs and requirements while offering solutions Conduct sales calls with potential customers and deliver sales presentations that follow the company’s sales plan. Establish strong sales relationships with companies by understanding their business needs and by continuing to offer value-added solutions. Maintain current and detailed account profiles on all targets Independently manage, monitor and report to ensure reach and frequency of targets are being met on a daily / weekly / monthly basis Prepare sales contracts and proposals as per set guidelines Attend internal and external sales meetings
