Are you ready to lead a vibrant team and create unforgettable guest experiences? The Cambie is on the lookout for an experienced, energetic General Manager to drive the day-to-day operations and ensure our customers have a blast!

What We're Looking For :

  • 3+ years of management experience in a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering top-tier customer service and creating a fun atmosphere.
  • Strong leadership skills to supervise daily operations and inspire your team.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead the charge at one of the city’s most iconic bars, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.
  • Inspire and motivate your team, bringing energy to daily operations and maintaining & building on the Cambie's legendary status
  • Keep things running smoothly by overseeing everything from staff scheduling and labor costs to service quality, ensuring operations are efficient while maintaining the Cambie’s lively atmosphere. You’ll strike the perfect balance between guest satisfaction and operational profitability, ensuring our space remains welcoming and in top-notch condition.
  • Maximize fun and profits by optimizing guest experiences and making calculated data driven decisions on costs and service.
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and build an amazing team that thrives in our fast-paced, fun environment.
  • Work with our marketing team to create exciting promotions and events that keep people coming back, and oversee private parties to make them seamless.
  • Be the heartbeat of the Cambie’s spirit, driving creativity and energy into every aspect of operations while ensuring health and safety standards are always met.
