Aboutthe Role :

TheGeneral Sales Manager must inspire and motivate the sales team, planstrategically, adapt to market changes, communicate effectively, solve problemsefficiently, mentor team members, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Schedule : Full-Time

Compensation : $170,000 - $250,000+

Whoyou are :

• Experience : Minimumof 3 years of recent experience as a Sales Manager role for an OEM AutoDealership
• License : Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Certification : Valid VSA license.
• Leadership Characteristics : , with an emphasis on the ability to motivate and inspireteams
• Tech Skills : MSOffice applications, Outlook, VIN Solutions, etc

Whatyour day will look like :

• Set Clear Goals : Define short-term and long-term sales targets and team development objectives.
• Regular Follow-Ups : Conductweekly sales meetings, monthly strategy sessions, and quarterly performancereviews.
• Daily Operations : Monitordaily activities, provide actionable feedback, and recommend efficiencyimprovements.
• Customer and TeamManagement : Handle escalated complaints, recruitsuitable sales employees, and ensure ongoing training.
• Stay Informed : Keepup-to-date with industry trends and incorporate insights into strategies.
