Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's growing team in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, identifying potential customers, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. There are several positions open for this role in the following areas as well, Vancouver Island, Langley, Richmond, Burnaby, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, and South Surrey.

  • Pay Rate : $50,000 - 65,000k base + commissions
  • Location : Vancouver, BC (also including Vancouver Island, Langley, Richmond, Burnaby, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, South Surrey)
  • Shift : Monday to Friday
  • Job type : Temporary | Full-time

  • Responsibilities :

  • Drive business development by identifying and securing new clients through proactive sales efforts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating strong performance in all areas of the sales cycle.
  • Build a strong understanding of the client's needs, providing tailored solutions and strategic advice.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
  • Engage with clients and prospects to expand the organization's presence in the market.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to strategic sales planning efforts.
  • Qualifications :

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting / exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with the British Columbia market is an advantage.
  • Class 5 driver's license required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on results and outcomes.
