Driven by rapid expansion, my client is scaling its operations and seeking a Senior Account Executive to accelerate new business growth, expand client relationships, and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Generate self-driven leads to expand the client portfolio.
- Sales Process : Selling to procurement teams, project leads, engineers, VPs, and Directors (typically 3-4 decision-makers per deal).
- Goals : Land 6-8 new customers in year one while also growing existing accounts.
- Quota : $2.5M in revenue.
- Territory : North America (West Coast).
- Clearly communicate and position the company’s value proposition against competitors.
- Maintain organized records of sales activity within the CRM system to track progress and follow-ups.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
- Stay informed on industry trends to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years account management experienceMinimum 5 years new business experienceProven track record in B2B sales , preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or sustainable solutions sectors.Ability to navigate complex sales cycles , engaging with multiple decision-makers .Experience selling regional and national accountsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven .Passion for sustainability, innovation, and driving meaningful change .Bachelor's Degree is preferredLocation Requirement
