Marketing & Operations Manager
Contract : 24 Months
PR : 30 - 35 / hr CAD
Hybrid in Toronto, Canada
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy the marketing strategy for key sponsorship partners (, sports teams, events)
- Develop impactful assets (, TV signage, stadium signage, key player creatives, digital marketing creatives), in partnership with other creative teams and agencies
- Develop and deploy an effective paid media and owned-channel strategy (, CRM, offers) to amplify the partnership
- Collaborate with US&C Partnership Marketing team
- Partner with marketing & co-marketing teams, key merchants, marketing agencies to develop and execute effective paid media and owned-channel hyperlocal co-marketing campaigns (, seasonal co-marketing programs)
- Develop and deploy the merchant marketing strategy to maximize the impact of owned-channel marketing (, CRM, In-app billboards) to drive awareness and trial
- Prioritize merchant partners to feature in these marketing campaigns
- Partner with agencies to design CRMs creatives and copy : developing briefs, managing the process, and providing feedback
- Deploy CRMs targeting a specific consumer segment with deployment tools including : promotion deployment tools, user cohorting tools, chain page request, link creations,
- Analyze the performance and impact of the marketing strategies, campaigns, and creatives
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of the marketing strategies, campaigns, and creatives
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to develop and execute the above (, US&C Brand Partnership Marketing, Regional Marketing, Canada Eater & Merchant Operations Teams, Canada Commercial Teams)
- Develop and runs processes to collaborate effectively across these multiple teams and develop, track, and improve the Sponsorship Partner Marketing and Merchant Partner Marketing
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional work experience in a related field, such as : consumer marketing, brand marketing, partnership marketing, CRM marketing, consumer operations
- Strong experience building and executing sophisticated processes
- Fluency in English and capable of writing marketing materials and copy
- Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- 4 years of professional work experience in a related field, such as : consumer marketing, brand marketing, partnership marketing, CRM marketing, consumer operations
- Fluency across the marketing mix, specializing in a combination of field marketing, retail marketing and funnel marketing
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, demonstrating an ability to understand data, derive impactful insights, and bring clarity to opportunities
- Experience working directly with and managing external partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of partners in a constantly evolving, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines
- Unparalleled business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions
- Excellent organizational skills to balance many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
- Fluency in French and capable of writing marketing materials and copy
- High energy working style and optimistic attitude
