Primary responsibilities include :
- Managing profitability of the branch through managing a strong income statement.
- Managing the branch to operational excellence
- Working with the outside sales team to develop new business through active engagement with target accounts, Core customer growth, and generating documented cost savings through solution selling (SSP).
- Creating and maintaining enthusiasm within the team.
- Key focus on driving customer service excellence.
Job Requirements :
Key Competencies (considered added assets) :
5 years + experience in outside sales of mechanical projects to end users
Intermediate computer knowledgeOutlook, Word, Excel, Prior SAP experience.
Understanding of business fundamentalsReading Income statements, expense reports and customer service.
Prior experience managing people :o Outside sales force
o Inside sales & Operations - Technical sales experience
Understanding and application of Interpersonal skills.
