About the Role

The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the production and shipment of service part orders.

Your preferred qualifications

  • High school / GED or equivalent with previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Computer functional for OEM Specific Container System; Microsoft Office and Epicor ERP is an asset
  • Current valid counterbalance forklift / Reach forklift
  • Knowledge of key Materials Department processes
  • Familiar with working with service parts
  • Experience with forklifts, high reach truck, band cutters, compacters, tape measures and banding machines.
  • APICS Training is an Asset

Your Responsibilities

  • Validate integrity of Flow Router for all Service Parts
  • Identify all service parts at Maple using pictures, cross referencing of customer production & service part numbers and in collaboration with Engineering.
  • Determine minimum quantities required based on part history and current releases
  • Forecast weekly requirements two weeks out at all times.
  • Identity what parts do not have tooling available
  • Cycle Count all Service Parts on a quarterly basis
