As an Assistant Store Manager with Ricki’s you’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in store.
You will use your creativity and understanding of current styling trends, visual merchandising techniques to meet our product and customer strategies for each brand.
Partnering with the Store Manager you will lead all aspects of the store’s business and support day to day operations.

- How You’ll Contribute*
- Assistant Managers are responsible for maintaining all aspects of day to day store operations including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership.
Assistant Managers also oversee business operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Deliver brand fashion ability through the creation and execution of store visual merchandise presentation
- Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer focused sales associates and leaders
- Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
- Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
- Execute all merchandising, marketing and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives
- Implement Brand(s) visual standards, and seasonal merchandising plans to achieve a consistency of visual display.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
- Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
- Provide leadership to the store team; providing guidance, coaching and training to your team so they can achieve great results

- Who You Are*
- Experienced retail supervisor who is able to motivate, train and coach others to success
- Holds strong retail and business acumen
- Strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to drive business through fashion consciousness and commerciality will be an asset
- Has excellent sales skills and is committed to ensuring amazing customer experiences
- Committed to teamwork and can apply our philosophy that none of us is as good as all of us
- Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
- Has flexible availability; Assistant Managers work a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
