Job description

We are looking for a Team Lead to join our team in Windsor Ontario! You will play a crucial role in maintaining productivity while fostering a safe and organized work environment.

What youre responsible for :

Organizing and coordinating daily yard activities to ensure efficiency
Assigning tasks to yard employees and monitoring workflow to meet daily operational goals
Providing hands on support and guidance to team members
Ensuring materials are sorted processed and handled properly
Motivating and encouraging employees to maintain productivity
Communicating expectations and ensuring tasks are carried out accordingly
Ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying opportunities for improvement

Qualifications : To join our team :

You have previous experience in a recycling industrial construction or manufacturing environment

You have strong leadership and problem solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions

You have handson experience with yard equipment material handing or heavy machinery (an asset)

You have knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them

You are a handson leader who is looking for a new challenge

You are comfortable working in a physically demanding and factpaced environment

You are comfortable working outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions
