Director, Finance Operations and Client Services

We are seeking a Director for Finance Operations and Client Services. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our financial operations and client services, maintaining a strong foundation in accounting functions, and utilizing various software systems.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage the utilization of 3M, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and CRM software systems for efficient financial operations.
• Direct the auditing process to ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Supervise the execution of billing functions to ensure accurate invoicing and prompt payment.
• Lead the implementation of accounting software systems to streamline financial operations.
• Coordinate with client services to resolve any financial queries and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the management of customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records to ensure a clear financial history for each client.
• Lead the accounting functions within the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with 3M.
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential.
• Experience with Concur is required.
• Strong background in CRM.
• Solid understanding and ability to perform Accounting Functions.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP).
• Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proven experience in Auditing.
• Proficiency in Billing Functions.
