We are looking for a dynamic TikTok Shop Manager to lead our strategy and execution on this exciting platform.
Position Overview
The TikTok Shop Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our brand and drive sales through TikTok. This role requires an innovative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends, shopper behavior, and content creation targeted at engaging TikTok users.
In the initial phase of your employment, you’ll train during Philippine working hours before transitioning into a part-time schedule aligned with our core operations (PST).
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development :
- Formulate an effective strategy for TikTok Shop, defining goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Research trends and competitive strategies to develop unique selling propositions that resonate on TikTok.
- Content Creation & Management :
- Create engaging and creative video content that highlights our products and drives user engagement.
- Work with videographers or use in-house resources to produce high-quality content.
- Manage the TikTok content calendar to ensure consistent posting and effective engagement.
- Advertisement & Promotion :
- Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns on TikTok to drive traffic to the shop.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Community Engagement :
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner.
- Build a community around the brand by interacting with followers, influencers, and potential customers.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting :
- Monitor shop performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports detailing performance against established goals and offer data-driven recommendations.
- Collaboration :
- Coordinate with marketing, inventory, and customer support teams to align objectives and ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate any inventory or supply chain issues that may impact the TikTok shop.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement :
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithms, and emerging features to leverage for business growth.
- Experiment with new content formats and campaigns to determine their impact on sales and engagement.
Requirements
Experience :
2+ years of experience in social media marketing, specifically with TikTok or similar platforms.Experience in eCommerce, preferably with a focus on consumer goods or health supplements.Technical Skills :
Proficient in video editing and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing applications).Familiarity with TikTok advertising tools and the ability to analyze campaign performance.Soft Skills :
Creative mindset with a solid understanding of TikTok culture and user engagement.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Highly adaptable and open to feedback and changes in strategy.Work Schedule & Training
