Your responsibilities will include :

Provide statistical information for quality improvement by identifying test methods and samples.
Determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
Establish statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determine confidence levels;
Establish statistical reliability;
Develop experiments by applying full and fractional factorial techniques;
Develop sampling plans by applying attribute, variable and sequential sampling methods.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data; make recommendations.
Maintain and comply with Standards and certifications in place;
Contribute to the team effort by achieving related results as required.

What we're looking for :

University degree in chemical engineering or a related field;

Proven experience in a quality engineer role within a manufacturing environment;

Excellent understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements;

Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the manufacturing sector (an asset);

Demonstrate perseverance, rigor, curiosity, initiative, and autonomy;

Have a strong sense of priorities, be methodical and structured;

Possess aptitudes for teamwork with multidisciplinary groups.
