Job Title : Superintendent
Project : Master Planned c community - Large Wood frame Project
Location : New Westminster, BC
MatchBox Consulting Group is excited to be posting on behalf of our client, a respected developer based in the White Rock area, seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent for a large wood frame project in New Westminster.
Responsibilities :
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
Manage daily operations, including coordination of subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Maintain a safe and clean job site, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on woodframe projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Certification in Construction Safety or related field is an asset.
