Employment type : Full-time, permanent

Hourly rate : $62.00 to $65.00

Weekly Hours : 35 to 40 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle for POS KING’s innovative POS and AI-driven automation solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including automated and manual testings to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of software solutions
• Architect and implement cloud-based POS systems, integrating advanced AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency across retail, restaurant, and wholesale industries
• Manage a team of software developers and engineers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX / UI design, and hardware engineers, to develop seamless, user-friendly solutions tailored to business needs
• Oversee the integration of POS systems with third-party applications, payment gateways, and cloud services to optimize functionality and interoperability
• Establish and enforce best practices in software development, DevOps, agile methodologies, and cybersecurity to maintain robust, reliable, and scalable solutions
• Monitor and analyze system performance, conducting regular audits and optimizations to enhance speed, efficiency, and data security
• Drive research and development initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and IoT to continuously improve POS KING’s product offerings
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions that align with POS KING’s business objectives and growth strategy

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or C#, along with experience in full-stack development
