Base Pay : 50,000 yr. - $56,000 yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. About the Role
- Processing vendor invoices through our AP automation system for both Canadian and US operations. This may include invoices for products for resale, other goods and services.
- Prioritizing vendor invoices and promptly processing to avoid penalties and take all potential early payment discounts within the allowable period where applicable.
- Ensuring accuracy by verifying vendor calculations, payment currencies and correct tax compliance with current Canadian and US commodity tax regulations.
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies between vendor invoices and purchase orders by effectively communicating internally with operations and with vendors for quick resolutions.
