Personne qui participe à l'évaluation et à l'analyse des besoins des usagers, à l'élaboration des normes, politiques, outils cliniques et standards de pratique professionnelle et à la recherche de solutions appropriées, dans le but d'aider l'établissement à améliorer la qualité des actes professionnels. Elle contribue à l'appropriation des orientations, modèles et approches cliniques. Elle conseille et soutien les divers intervenants dans l'application des processus cliniques auprès des usagers. Elle peut participer aux différentes activités d'enseignement et de formation. Doit détenir un baccalauréat dans une discipline universitaire appropriée.
