Job description

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Selling personal insurance products with a consultative approach
  • Home, auto, tenant, condo, high value homes, seasonal homes, recreational vehicles, etc.
  • Proactively engaging with new business prospects
  • Create and follow up on leads
  • Analyzing clients' needs, advising them on different policies
  • Providing tailor-made solutions to ensure your customers get the best possible coverage for their needs

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Level 2 insurance license in Alberta
  • Customer and sales experience in Personal Lines
  • Able to create leads and referrals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have a book of business that can be transferred

  • Commission on new business uncapped
